The ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a 3000/2000 l. twin shaft mixer, produces 2 m³ and has a capacity of 90 m³/h of vibrated concrete, whereas the ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION+ Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer and produces of 100 m³/h of vibrated concrete.

The ELKON Mobile Master-100 Lion Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is designed on a mono-block chassis and can be transported by towing.

Mobile Master-100 Product Details

The main unit of the ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis and can be transported by a single truck and trailer.

The ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a 4×22,5 m3 capacity square type aggregate bin and 3000/2000 l. or 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer.

The ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION+ is equipped with a higher capacity aggregate, cement and water weigh hoppers which are suitable for 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer.

4 different types of aggregates can be stored in the aggregates bin and the aggregate feeding system can be done either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system (eliminates concrete ramp requirement).
