The ELKON Mobil Master-135 JAGUAR Mobile Concrete Batching Plant provides high production capacity along with all the advantages of a mobile concrete batching plant. It has a 110 m3/h vibrated concrete production capacity with a 4500/3000 l. twin shaft mixer.

An 4×22,5 m³ capacity square type aggregate bin, 4×20 m³ capacity linear type aggregate bin option is also available which is equipped with axles and tires.

Mobile Master-135 Product Details

The main unit of the ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis and can be transported by a single truck and trailer.

The ELKON Mobile Master-30 EAGLE mobile concrete batching plant which is equipped with a 4×10 m³ square type aggregate bin and a 750/500 l. pan or single shaft mixer is the smallest plant of the series and can be installed in only 1 day.

4 different types of aggregate material can be stored in the 4×10 m³ aggregate storage bin and the aggregate feeding can be done either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system (eliminates concrete ramp requirement).
