Goodbye to the UK concrete show for 2019. A big thanks to Steven and all involved with the show for a top class service and being able to accommodate us with our plant installation.

VIBROCLEANER installation for KILSARAN GROUP
Our first concrete recycling plant in Ireland for KILSARAN Group. This plant consists of our Vibrocleaner and Filter-press units designed to deal with all concrete washout and waste producing during concrete production and daily cleaning. The aggregates are fully washed and can be used in future production and the water is filtered and also fully reusable in new concrete production. The only byproduct being produced are a dry Mudcake which is very easily disposed of.

Latest installation for TRENT PRECAST
One of our fully refurbished plants being recently installed for TRENT PRECAST in Nottingham. We upgraded this plant with a brand new electrical system thanks to Plantek Ltd. and an ALKON automation system. We used two existing silos supplied by the client and designed the plant to suit their layout. Should be mixing concrete in the coming days. Thanks once again to Matt and all the team at TRENT for their continued business!!
KING STONE PRODUCTS Take delivery of Marius Precast Plant
Last week we installed and commissioned one of our Marius Precast plants for King stone products in Nottingham. This two bin plant with Planetary mixer was ideal for Shaun and the team who required accurate high strength concrete on demand. The plant was supplied with a 40 ton vertical silo, Weighed Chemical admixture system and a full automation by means of touch screen control. Mixing is completed in our 500L Planetary type mixer to give the best results possible.
We should like to thank Shaun and all the guys at King Stone Products for their custom and wish them continued best wishes for the future.
Second installation for ROCKLAND CONCRETE
Thanks one again to Colin and the team at Rockland for their continued custom with OB PLANT.
Our latest installation was a Microbatch 30. This is the ideal back-up plant for large projects or as a stand alone plant capable of producing over 30 cubic metres per hour. The unit is completely mobile and self contained meaning a quick set up time and simple to move if required. ROCKLAND have taken this plant a step further by adding a CANTECH automation system allowing for automatic batching, docket/report printing and batch records. Thanks also to Chris and the team at CANTECH for an excellent service once again.

The MICROBATCH 30
