The Aggregate Storage Bins are now fully assembled and in position. Assembly of the Intermediate Transfer Conveyor is now complete and is currently being positioned. Very happy with the progress so far. More pictures & updates to follow!

INSTALLATION OF LARGE CAPACITY STORAGE BINS FOR ECO-READYMIX, WREXHAM
Our latest project well under way for Eco-Readymix in Wrexham.
These large capacity storage bins will be a major addition to one of the UKs largest Readymix, Mortar & Floor Screed Suppliers.
We are currently installing 6 X 50mᶟ Aggregate Inline Storage Bins complete with the following:
– 12 group electro-pneumatically operated discharge gates
– 6 compartments suitable for storage of 6 different aggregates
– Welded & bolted construction
– Aggregate Weigh Hopper(5000KG capacity, fully galvanised, 200kg/cm² transfer capacity)
– Automated Aggregate Feeding System (Transfer Conveyor, Distributor Shuttle Conveyor to feed 6 compartments)

Gibson Brothers in Banbridge take delivery of an ELKON Quickmaster-60
MacPlant in Cornwall take delivery of an ELKON Quickmaster-60
MacPlant in Bude, Cornwall have taken delivery of an ELKON Quickmaster-60 Concrete Batching Plant. This new Elkon plant is situated at their new site in Bridgerule Industrial Estate between Bude and Holsworthy. This Quickmaster-60 is equipped with the following :
– 1500/1000L Twinshaft Mixer
– 4 x 40 Ton Inline Storage Bins
– Aggregate Transfer Conveyor
– High Pressure Water Distribution System inside Twinshaft Mixer
– Fully automated
– 3 x 75 Ton Silos

ELKON Quickmaster-60 installed for R&E Warren Quarry, Gorey, Co Wexford.
OB Plant have installed another Elkon Quickmaster-60 Concrete Batching Plant for R&E Warren Quarry in Gorey, Co Wexford. This plant is fully galvanised and can produce 55 cubic metres per hour of vibrated concrete. The plant is fully automated with built in control cabin. Supplied with 2x 50 ton cement silos which had to be placed indoors.
The first of 5 ELKON Concrete Plants hitting UK & Irish shores in the coming months. We would like to thank Eddie and all at Warren Quarries for their custom and wish them every success for the future.

New ELKON S45 Concrete Pump Delivered To Rhino Mix, Nottingham
Just sold to Rhino Mix in Nottingham, the first ELKON Concrete Pump in the UK. This S45 pump is capable of pumping 45 cubic metres per hour. It can deliver concrete up to 300 metres horizontally and 100 metres vertically. Best of luck to Pat and his team at Rhino Mix and thank you for your continued custom.
